Policies for Reporting Misconduct


In accordance with Florida Statute 1006.06, Christian Life Academy and its staff accepts its responsibility to report misconduct by any instructional personnel member or school administrator which affects the health, safety or welfare of a student.

It is our policy to report any allegations of misconduct by school staff or volunteers to our school principal by filling out the Health & Welfare Report Form and delivering to said person. If allegations are against school principal, or said designed contact, please send form to Rev. C. P. Williams, P.O. Box 966, Ocala, FL 34478.
